I have never had serious dental issues, I rarely need any treatment, and at the time of my visit I had no pain, no discomfort, and no concerns about my teeth at all. I would also like to mention that I visited this clinic using Medi-Cal insurance. Unfortunately, after this experience, I was left with the impression that this fact may have influenced both the attitude and the recommendations I received. I am in AWE of how amazing the service was here. The office is clean and lots of natural light. Front desk girls welcome you and make sure they answer all your questions. They have different payment plan options which is great for those that are uninsured. Dr. Chu and Katie fixed my cavities and let me know the entire process and reassured me throughout the entire process. One of the best dentist offices in OC!

Beware of this Dentistry! I came in on 1/07/26. Just for a check up. I had no pain or issues at all. I called first to let them know what my insurance was. Which was Medi-cal. After getting some xrays they determined that I needed over 22,000$ dollars worth of treatment. None of this was covered by my insurance. I am on Disability. They proceeded to tell me that the only thing covered was a deep cleaning and fillings. I was extremely confused. So now the Dr. Begin drilling and filled 7 cavities, in like 30 mins or less. In a big rush!!! But before the treatment, He numbed my entire mouth up sooo much that my lip visibly drooped over my bottom lip. Ive never had this done to me before. When I went home that night I had a terrible headache and couldn't stand anything cold. Now 13 days
