Be warned that this office will cancel your appointment last minute after being booked for a year with no logical explanation if they don't think they are going to get paid enough. Rudely and abruptly canceled my yearly appointment-no discussion. I was told they don't take my insurance, and it is only for UAB, which it is a lie--I have a standard Blue Cross plan. Confused, I called Blue Cross, and they were also super confused why they won't take my insurance. No explanation provided from the office--simply "office policy" with a copy and paste answer to any question, even though they are current in-network doctors with Blue Cross. Visits are efficient, but the office staff is rude. The focus on the entire practice is money not the well being of patients.

Lauren Robinson was great. She listened to and answered all my questions, and created a comfortable environment.

Lauren Robinson was extremely professional and very gentle with the FOUR biopsy collections she had to make on my shoulders back and side. Additionally, she was extremely prompt which is highly unusual in today’s medical field.

I would love to give zero stars, but this place is a total rip off. They do not qualify to be in the dermatology business. I found another place and have been very pleased. Pure dermatology Overcharge me multiple times for services that should’ve been covered by my insurance. I hope one day they get their coding right.

Ross is so helpful and kind. He listens and is a problem solver. He has seen me and all my family for years. Highly recommend!
