Pulse-MD Urgent Care

If I could give zero I would. Don’t bother making an appointment doesn’t help. Made an appt for 9:15 am , wasn’t seen for hours after watching numerous walk-ins go ahead of us and even a 9:30 appt had been taken before us. Didn’t approach about the situation until after observing all of this and waiting an 1hr and half after our time. I made the appt as I needed to be out to grab another child from school at a certain time. Was advised they can’t help how people are pulled back. My advice, use the urgent care on RT 82, friendly and fast. Only reason I switched was for the earlier appointment, and wrong choice. We were not seen until 2 1/2 hrs after our appt.

I was seen in a very short time so that was pleasant. The girl at the front desk was nice. The girl that took my vitals was very nice and the PA was extremely nice and did everything they could do and they called in a prescription for me and I’m picking it up now and it was very professional and I would definitely go back there again

Each experience here has been pleasant, which is a big deal when you’re sick. Only complaint I have is today, 12/28/25, where there are two receptionists, yet only one is working. There was a 5 person line, and the blonde receptionist was doing everything, while the one with the white ponytail was scrolling her phone and drinking coffee. I work in public health and know that even if she isn’t “on the clock yet,” she should not be at her station scrolling her phone. The woman to the right with blonde hair could have used the help.

We had been on vacation in GA, drove through the night to get home and arrived just before closing. My throat was so sore and needed to be seen. The did not turn me away, and took me in. I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness, it meant a lot to me. Thank you for not making this difficult.

My partner tested positive for Covid. When they got the test results via phone and called to ask what steps to take, the front desk person was so rude. Told them that they have sick patients to take care of and can’t sit around all day answering questions (ASKED BY A SICK PATIENT!) all day and to not call back. My entire family will never use this urgent care ever again.
