Excellent service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. Dr Schenkein always takes time to fully explain my treatment and listens to me. He helps me understand my symptoms and what I am going through as well as asks what I feel is best. He truly involves me in my treatment and that means a lot.

From the time I entered the door until the time I exited the door I was treated like a queen. Everyone there was sooo friendly and professional. I had to have a pulmonary function test prior to seeing Dr. Jones and Earlene (hope I'm spelling the name cortectly) took excellent care of me. She was funny, kind, patient and just a joy to be around. Now, Dr. Jones, he is the best of the best. He is caring, knowledgeable, a great listener, patient and funny also. I enjoy our visits and feel well cared for. I would and have recommended Dr. Jones to others.

First time patient. Walked in door and was called to check immediately. The lobby was clean and airy. I sat down after a10 minute check in. Within 5 minutes I was called to go with a nurse. I got weighed and placed in treatment room where my blood pressure was taken and told Dr Schenkein would be right with me. The Dr. came in within 5 minutes. After some small talk we discussed my problem and set up a follow up test and visit. I left there with the feeling that I was at the right practice and had the right Dr. for treatment. I would very highly recommend both this practice and Dr. Schenkein . I look forward to my follow up in 3 months.

The staff was extremely personal. The lady that assisted me during my breathing test was very helpful and especially relaxing with her calm voice and demeanor. Dr. Jones takes the time to talk and engage with me each and every visit. I truly appreciate the attention.

I am always impressed by the ease and timely process of checking in to scheduling my next appointment at the end of my visit. The staff, at all levels, are friendly and very professional. Dr. Wong is thorough and takes time to explain test results, answer any questions I have and explain options for my care. I feel very confident in the care I am receiving from Dr. Wong and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Pulmonary Physician. Sandra Young
