Puente Hills Pharmacy

Management changed in the past few years. Ever since the change, the new pharmacist has been more headaches than not. Ray, the old owner/manager/pharmacist was a simple, courteous and knowledgeable. Unlike this new manager who has hired pharmacist Jean Mak. Jean has the delusions of thinking it's her job to be in charge of a patient's autonomy, telling them how and what medication they can use. Even doctors (those that completed medical school) don't have this level of control. She tries to play this maternalistic role and I really hope she get fired. I will be looking to file a complaint with the California State Board of Pharmacy.

TERRIBLE experience! This pharmacy has been around for awhile so I thought they'd be a little more organized. Called in at 9am and 9:15am to put in for prescription refill. Went in at 10am, they "forgot". I told them I would come back in an hour. Went in at 11:10am, asked for my prescription refill and got a blank look. They forgot again. Disorganized and unprofessional. Also, FYI: double check all your prescriptions, they gave the wrong prescriptions out to multiple people while I was waiting. 👎

Got a bottle of amoxicillin from this pharmacy for my nephew. In the past he had taken amoxicillin without any side effect. The generic brand they carries made him headache. I asked to return or exchange but they refused.

Very friendly service, competitive price, and wonderful staff. 2021 Update: it was a five star operation, but after the change of ownership, the service completely went down the drain. I do not recommend.

very fast and friendly pharmacy located in hospital. Price of the drug is high and low, depends on your luck. its better you compare price online before take it in to any pharmacy. i mainly go there for its location, but right across door from my family dr.
