Dr. Jung and the entire team are exceptional, truly refreshing! They take the time to explain everything clearly and ensure you feel informed and comfortable before leaving. A special shout-out to the office manager (I believe it’s Erlyn based on the previous reviews. I hope im right lol) You made such a warm, welcoming first impression!. Everyone, including the hygienist, is kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. After trying other offices, I finally found my ideal dental practice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jung is incredibly passionate and genuinely cares about both his patients and staff. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Erlyn at the front desk is fantastic: she clearly explains treatment plans with kindness and transparency. Maria and Jose in the back are equally wonderful and skilled at what they do. I’ve been coming to this office for over 15 years, and they continue to provide exceptional care!

I’ve been a long-time patient here and have been through a doctor transition before so I know it’s not always smooth sailing. Dr. Koh, my previous dentist, had the gentlest hands I’ve ever experienced, absolutely no discomfort during treatments. But I did notice his cleanings weren’t always as thorough, and some of the crowns he placed didn’t hold up as well over time. Now, with Dr. Jung, I can tell you he’s deeply passionate about his work, he takes the time to explain every treatment option clearly, which I really appreciate. That said, his technique is a bit more firm. His hands are a teeny bit heavier than the previous dr. He doesn’t always wait long enough for the topical anesthetic to fully take effect before injecting, and I do feel a bit of discomfort during those moments. The st

I recently had a cleaning and scaling at Pristine Dental, and it was such a wonderful experience. 😊 Dr. Jung was incredibly kind and caring, making me feel comfortable from start to finish. The clinic has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and his gentle touch made the treatment surprisingly pleasant. I’m so glad I found this place – it’s truly my forever dental clinic! ❤️
