Publix Super Market at Coral Landings Shopping Center

This is a very nice store with a café and deli next to the bakery and meat department. Great frozen selection.

Absolutely amazing store with truly compassionate staff. I had an incredibly stressful experience today—I came in to pick up a few items and realized I had lost my car keys. I was extremely upset, running around and nearly in tears trying to find them. The store manager, Chris, noticed and immediately stepped in to help. He searched everywhere with me and even went outside to check under my car. Chris, if you’re reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The world needs more people like you. Your compassion, empathy, and genuine kindness meant more to me than you know. By the way, I found the keys!

Wrong prices, rude employees and incompetent management. Have been going to this Publix for close to 15 years. Store was previously well managed and employees greeted you with a smile. Now it's unrecognizable to any facet of customer service and professionalism. Constant mispriced items at this store across all departments. Then you need to go and wait in another line to have them adjusted. The person supposed to help you is usually rude and seems annoyed your asking them to do their jobs. Management has no clue what is going on and instead of solving problems they want to blame the customer for pointing out the issues with the store and it's employees. If you ask for a Manager you might as well just walk out of the store if it's Chris. Not sure how he obtained his position but I'

I love love love this grocery store. Publix is nice in general and even though it can be more expensive than some places the wonderful service, clean well lit stores, and great selection make the difference completely worth it. This is my favorite location. The staff is so nice and helpful. The produce section rocks. I don’t know how they keep everything looking so fresh and beautiful. I know it’s hard work and fastidiousness but it seems like magic.

My favorite Publix! Only lacking more stations to return the shopping carts. You need to carry your bags without a cart or walk away to bring the cart back. Maybe that's the reason so many people leave the carts in the middle of the parking lot.
