Publix Pharmacy Plaza at Tifton

Love the grocery store but the pharmacy is a nightmare. I gave it six months, thought maybe I expected too much until I read these reviews. There was an issue on almost every prescription or refill. I have spoken to Cynthia, the Tifton , GA pharmacy manager, she was polite and seemed to want to get it right but nothing got better. Who knew a pharmacy could cause stress?! Moving my prescriptions.

So, I thought it was just an issue since covid that most everyone who works here is rude. After looking through the other reviews I discovered it's an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. I've only encountered this type of rudeness at one other place and I've never been back. With Publix, I've given them many chances over the last 2.5 years. They are always behind schedule and angry about it. Calling to check if something is ready is a joke. If they answer, they are mad about you calling and are rude to you. They never make eye contact from the pharmacy lest you ask them a question. It doesn't matter what kind off med you need and have been prescribed, it's an issue. The pharmacist personally will outright deny you your medicine. Had an organ removed or back surgery? Don't bring a prescriptio

I absolutely dread coming to this Pharmacy. I have never once experienced good customer service, a friendly attitude or prompt attention at this pharmacy. If I didn’t have to, I would never come to this pharmacy again.

Very disappointed with my experience at the Publix pharmacy tonight. I am a die hard Publix fan from central Florida and firmly believe nothing compares to Publix. I came in 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed looking for behind the counter Claritin D, Publix brand. The associate, perhaps the pharmacist herself, was hesitant and seemed like she didn’t know what I was asking for. When I said I could point it out if I wasn’t referring to it in the proper name I was told she new what I was asking for and then told me that their policy was not to make a sale 30 minutes prior to closing. I was baffled because it was only 8:32pm and when she approached the counter she asked if I was picking up a prescription. I went out of my way to give Publix my business and now I will not be back to this p

I couldn't afford one of my prescriptions (nearly $300 after insurance) so the pharmacist took it upon himself to call my doctor's office and act like not getting one of my inhalers until payday was the crime of the century. Now I'm catching hell from my doctor's office. This is the second time this pharmacy has given me a hard time because I couldn't afford a prescription THAT DAY.
