Publix Pharmacy on San Jose Blvd

Contrary to some one star reviews, which are all several years and probably 3 or 4 pharmacists ago, I think the Publix staff is first class. Tyler and Crystal are 2 wonderful pharmacists who go out of their way to help their customers. During the pandemic and with cutbacks to staff, they still maintained first class service. It is an incredibly tough job when you have to assist customers on the phone while filling prescriptions, manage and assist your pharmacy techs, give various vaccine inoculations, and answer questions for customers at the counter. It is a very tough job and I applaud the job done by Tyler and Crystal and their staff at Publix on 10500 San Jose Blvd. I would never go anywhere else.

I love this pharmacy location, all the staff are very professional at all times. I've been using them so long, so often, most of them know me by name. They all are absolutely amazing!!!

Rude Pharmacy staff. Spoke to Tyler and asked basic questions about an order that was placed a week ago. Come to find out my order was not placed. I was upset because I had been waiting over a week for my medication. This pharmacy confirmed my order, however did not inform me of the delay etc. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but rather than respond to an objection he hangs up the phone in the middle of a conversation. When I call back and let him know I’m filing a complaint, he responds by saying he’s notating my account. Communication and maybe some empathy would have fixed the situation. However, Tyler lacks these abilities. I hate to see Publix represented in such a way. They have always had exceptional customer service, but today they proved me wrong. Thanks Tyler!

I absolutely love this pharmacy!! I have only used it myself a few times but my parents are regulars and the ladies that work here are just the best!! They always have them ready on time, give the warnings and make sure all your questions are answered before you leave. I just wanted people to know that this is the best pharmacy I've ever used.

Pharmacy always answers and is pleasant. 9/10 times my med's are ready & filled waiting on me. Nice to have this reliable fast option when needing RX.
