Publix Pharmacy Center Of St. Cloud

The technicians at this pharmacy do not care about their customers well being they would rather postpone filling a 90 day script and lie to their customers and tell them “our system is down” when it wasn’t! I was told to call other pharmacy’s for THEIR inconveniences (I work at CVS I KNOW you can look up in your system other Publix inventory for very COMMON drugs) and when I DID call the other pharmacy on Canoe Creek was PLEASANT enough, AND IMMENSELY ATTENTIVE, to inform me that THIS pharmacy it was originally sent it too did indeed have the medication in stock in fact they had more than enough of that drug in stock and they “most likely without doubt did not want to fill the script tonight so they lied and said it was out of stock, I can fill it in one hour”. Right now I'm giving you a one star cause is the least I could give you. Hospital called in medication on Thursday when they were discharging my husband from hospital following a stroke, 3 medicine were called in, only able to pick one up because they didn't have the other two( mind you whatever happen to calling your other pharmacy and see if they have it in stock) went in yesterday (Friday) and again able to pick one up because the other one wasn't available and they had to order it, (again why didn't they reach out to their other pharmacy) called today around 10am, they tell me the order would come sometime after 3pm, called around 6:45 because not sure what time your pharmacy closes, and the lady who answered the phone, tells me that my prescription would be ready by tomorrow, Now here

I'm not a rookie so I know my cool pharmacists that know their stuff and how to relay to each customer their worth and concern. Above and beyond the call of duty here my pharmacy constantly consistent in making me feel safe and welcome in this community of St Cloud, Fl. Most of the time the ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists could use a little customer service training but the staff are usually very pleasant to speak with.
