Publix Pharmacy at White Eagle

I asked about the cost of my prescription today when I picked it up. Blonde girl behind the counter very rude and seemed totally distracted, unhelpful and disrespectful. There wasn't any reason for that. I didnt say anything and just left. Usually though I love publix for my prescriptions! They are fast and super convenient.

My previous Pharmacies were Walgreens and Cvs for more than 25 years. My recent switch to this Pharmacy has been refreshing to say the least. Personalized customer service by Lisa and the crew has been hassle free and a friendly service with a smile. I truly believe the giants Walgreens and CVS have lost their way. No more rude customer service for me. I much rather give my money to a business that appreciates the business and good ole fashioned customer service!

Publix pharmacy has gone out of their way to accommodate any prescription we've had transferred to them. They always try to find the cheapest price available. The pharmacist on staff does a fantastic job giving flu shots! We will never go back to CVS, which has been such a hassle to deal with... you have to wait forever just to speak with someone in the pharmacy.

Seafood dept never stocked up properly. Always out of salmon filets! Went to other store. Had plenty.

Seamless transition from Walgreens where I wasn’t valued. Excellent customer service from Lisa the pharmacist and her staff. Would highly recommend. Fast and friendly service.
