Publix Pharmacy at West Cobb Marketplace

Technicians, lack experience, very lazy, smacking their gum. Treat people like they’re stupid. Prescriptions can be called in couple days and they won’t fill them till the people are there.

Been here many times to pick up medications and never had a wait more than 5 min or any sort of attitude from the staff. Quick and efficient.

Just called to inquire about a medication and the employee acted like it was an imposition to help me. Barely said goodbye. And the tall lady with long brown hair -- so rude! I only go there if I absolutely have to! Where is Sally? She was the best!

Most pharmacies are always busy and can take some time but this is easily the most frustrating pharmacy we have ever used. My guess is this is a corporate level issue with taking way more orders than the location can fulfill or provide the appropriate level of customer service for. If you haven't received a timely text from them you should always call. It typically means something is wrong and they didn't want to tell you are they may have just cancelled it entirely.
