Publix Pharmacy at Wade Green Village

After 20+ years with this Publix Pharmacy, they suddenly stopped accepting GoodRX, tripling my prescription cost. I was told it was a managerial decision at this specific Publix Pharmacy. I'll be moving all my family’s prescriptions elsewhere. Loyalty clearly means nothing here.

Ariel is a GEM! I’ve been going here for years and no one ever treats me like a human being, Aside from a select few. She went above and beyond to run a discount card for me since my insurance lapsed. I’m not a wealthy person and it was refreshing to see that level of kindness, when i didn’t even ask. She deserves a raise and a promotion! I have serval qualms with some of the pharmacists who treat me like an addict due to the nature of my medication, when that couldn’t be further from the truth. Ariel single handedly restored my faith in human beings and showed me that some people do care, and don’t judge. She’s the sole reason I’ll remain at this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Ariel!

Publix pharmacy staff is really SWEET. People just like shooting the messenger and the bad reviews are false lol….

Not helpful. I know the pharmacist is only there to fill meds and take your money. However, it would be nice if the pharmacist looked out for their customers. My medication was $125. I thought it was because it was a 90-day script. Nope, it was only 30, and my insurance only covered $80. The price with a coupon from GoodRx was $43. Would have been nice to have a pharmacist who would have noticed the cost was high. I called and asked if it could be adjusted and that it couldn't be adjusted. Ultimately, it's my fault. They have no loyalty to me, and I have no loyalty to them.

I have filled my prescriptions here several times and the pharmacist(s) seem to treat you like an addict if you try to fill any scheduled medicine. I'm always getting strange looks from the staff, some are mildly rude, and occasionally act as if their knowledge/authority supersedes that of my primary physician. I always enjoyed the family-like atmosphere I recieved when I go to Publix but this location in particular feels unfriendly. Will not be returning to this location.
