We switched to this pharmacy because the prices were the lost in the area when using good rx gold. But getting prescriptions transferred or filled faster than 24 hours is a nightmare. Staff blames other pharmacies and Healthcare providers for its failure to fill meds. In a reasonable amount of time. So, don't use them unless you have to because you'll end up spending hours on the phone just to get your meds.
They have the worst controlled substance policy. I have a neurological autoimmune condition, have been on the same medication for years. They make you feel like a criminal, then you have to wait til day 30 of medication to refill. As anyone knows on day 30 is the day you are out of your medication, so if you wake up at 6 am in excruciating pain you have to wait til they open and pray they can have it filled at some reasonable time on the day of. Then my prescription use to say in progress and then on day 30 they would fill it. Now I have to call and request it on the day of?? And hope I don’t get some judgmental person on the phone who is rude. They really should do better, they clearly have no problem taking people’s money for controlled substances but treat you like you’re this awful pe
I recently transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy because it was new and conveniently located near my home. I expected to receive high quality service from a new store, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. In July 2025, I attempted to fill a prescription, and the pharmacy struggled repeatedly with the billing, going back and forth between my doctor and my insurance provider. Despite these delays, they ultimately processed the prescription incorrectly and charged me over $200. After contacting my insurance company, I learned that my copay should have been $32. Someone from my insurance company had to call the pharmacy while I was on the phone to explain how to correctly enter the billing, and I then had to return to the store to obtain a refund. This year (Febru
called a couple of days ago to check on my medicine they said wasnt ready and on the app it did say in progress. so i went two days later the guy at the register with the glasses gone tell me they were two days behind and said ik i called teo days ago for my medicine and now im here to pick up bc two of my medicine are nolonger on the in progess list. he proceeds to tell me three different lies as to why i couldnt get my medication 1, it looks like i already pick it up (lie bc i havent been there bc i was told it wasnt ready n two nobody round here even has my name nor knows who i am nor where i live). 2. well it says its ready but not here ( confused) 3. maybe the dr sent it to cvs or a different pharmacy ( lol no she didnt bc its right here on the publix app and called yesterday !) he pr
I want to say, this review is after 3 yrs of dealing with their incompetence. This is not after 1 angry moment. This is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with as a customer and a nurse. They have "lost" multiple controlled substance and diabetes scripts. They have forced myself, my husband, and others into DANGEROUS withdrawal bc they do not want to take time to do their job correctly. I have had missing pills in controlled substances. When a pharmacy closes at night, there is a designated person who does a pill count. They should have an opening count & closing. When a patient receives and overage or is missing pills, when counting pills for the evening there should be a huge alert!!!! It has gotten so bad, after to speaking to one of my physicians she began maki
