Publix Pharmacy at Tree Summit Village

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Actually went to the store & place the order for a Birthday cake to employee name Eshunti. It was supposed to be pickup today & guess what they did not even make the cake. An employee on duty looked for 20+ minutes & told me that it wasn’t even made. You ruined a birthday party for my son!! If you can’t design & design you shouldn’t even take the order at first place. The given options in the store were not even considerable!!! POOR POOR SERVICE & so so Unapologetic! Never Ever imagined this from publix!!!!!

Excelllent customer service!! I have felt that they care about my family or me every time we have been there, to the point that we moved our prescriptions to be sent to them. I usually don’t write reviews but I think they deserved a good one.

Thank you LIZBETH very warm, friendly and welcoming with a nice smile. Great job with the customer service. One suggestion would be to hand customers medications and receipt instead of placing on the counter. Very organized and clean!

Smaller store compared to others around. The selection is not as large and the produce does not compare to other nearby grocery stores. Good for a quick trip but not weekly shopping.
