Publix Pharmacy at Tobesofkee Crossing

I switched to Publix pharmacy about a year ago and couldn't be happier. Matt and his staff are so helpful and always take time to answer my questions. Great place to deal with

FAST QUICK SERVICE ALL THE TIME especially that tall handsome darksin. Window and Front Counter he always there and looks good while providing excellent customer service along with his other Great Co-Workers helping him along the way and the learning process from the Best Pharmacy Manager Matt Crist and great Assistant Manager Jackson Woodall and Pharmacy Inter Rylan. Purchased lunch at the Bakery and Rachel helped me with the lunch plates. Rachel deserves to be cared for by Publix because she's professional, and most importantly NICE. I told a manager on my way out about Rachel, and he said they'd take care of her. I trust they will. This Publix is a bit farther for me but Rachel is worth it :D

It was busy today in the pharmacy, but the customer service I received was patient, compassionate and informative!!.. Thanks a lot Angel!! 😀

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order and paid for that same order two days prior for an upcoming event and of course on the day of the event they knew nothing about the order. Despite not having my order ready for earlier that day I still decided give them my business and go back later that evening to pick up some extra items and the cashier was very rude towards me while the manager was standing right next to her. This Publix location should definitely work on their communication skills, customer service, and management should improve their leadership expertise.
