Publix Pharmacy at The Village Shoppes

Obnoxious unhelpful rude. Quite shocking because this used to be my favorite pharmacy. The grocery store and employees are wonderful. The pharmacy? Not so much.

Service is horrible. Keep trying to refill things i don't need, and the things I do need takes up to 2 days to get filled. Always excuses. Today for example scrips called in yesterday,and i called to verify with my Dr's office they told me exact time it was called in, I called at 1030 this morning they said it would be ready in an hour,,,,,, here it is 145 still waiting at drive thru. And they rudely told me i had to circle because other customers are waiting after I had already been waiting almost 20 mins for the 2 customers that were in front of me. This has been happening for months now inside and drive thru,,,,,, PLUS every time i go there not only are script prices going up, but food !!!!!! Good god!!! and cvs is not any better

Love this public but the pharmacy is awful. They’re very unfriendly and so so so slow to fill orders.

Good service and kind employees but even though they have GoodRx coupons available they always give me their high price first and wait until I mention GoodRx to give me the discount. Not sure if it's against policy to let the customer know beforehand that they can get their medications much cheaper at no expense but it makes me question the pharmacy in general

Very nice very professional and will work with you on pricing take the extra time to look for coupons or discounts 😀 I see some poor people think they should offer the coupons and everything cheapest price first I guess they blame that on themselves for not cutting them out the newspaper for getting the one from the mailbox they don't want to waste any of their time all I had to do was ask if there was any better deals I didn't have insurance and they went on and above to save me money thank you again Publix
