Catawba Urgent Care of Mountain View - Sherrills Ford

I cannot recommend this urgent care center enough. They were so kind and patient with my toddler as we worked to get some stitches done on her. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel cared for! We were blessed with Paula as our nurse and Sarah as our provider.

I had such a great experience with Chasity and Dr. Kerry. From the start, Chasity was welcoming, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. She listened carefully, explained things clearly, and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Kerry was excellent—professional, thorough, and very approachable. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything in detail, and made me feel confident about the care I was receiving. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. Together, they make a fantastic team. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication stood out, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care.

I came to urgent care today because I broke out with unexplained hives all over my body. First, I’m so beyond grateful I don’t have to drive into Mooresville for something that can be taken care of at an urgent care and also help to avoid the ER. It’s also reassuring to have a place 5 min away when my anxiety is already so high. I was so nervous and Chasity helped to comfort me in a way I haven’t experienced at the doctor before. My blood pressure took a huge dip while there and she stayed with me and talked to me until I felt better. ❤️ Idk the doc’s name but he was wonderful as well and genuinely cared to help. They answered any questions I had and front desk were really nice as well. I will come back here if needed or bring my kids. Thank you to your entire team.

Catawba Valley Health System Urgent Care of Mountain View was fantastic. Nurse Chasity was friendly and put me at ease. Provider Kerry stitched up my severely cut finger with professionalism & gentleness. Such a relief to have this facility available to the community. Highly recommend.

2 family members have visited this UC 3 times in the last 2 months. Both saw Dr.Eades all 3 times. She is incompetent. 1st visit was with my husband. Waited for a very long time even though there was only 1 other person in waiting area. Finally got to the back and she comes in and literally did not even look at my husband's leg and said she couldn't do anything. Funny they could take my co pay but couldn't look at him. On the way to the ER the receptionist called and said we would receive a refund which we never received. Now my adult son has gone twice and once again she was useless. Told him it was too late for stitches (he had cut his hand the day before), yet the nurse said she could have totally done stitches. Dr.Eades prescribed useless antibiotics that did not help.
