Publix Pharmacy at The Village at Flynn Crossing

Please for the love of god, tell people accurate wait times…. For example… if it’s going to take 1.5 hours then SAY THAT. It’s inconsiderate telling patients it’ll be 15 mins over and over again. You guys are smart pharmacist but you can’t give a better estimated wait time? You’re kidding me. Stop being lazy and just saying 15 mins every time. Some people live close by and it would be better for us if you just said it’ll be an hour to 2 hours , that way the ones that live close can just go home.

Quick and easy pickup, and the staff was very kind and helpful in explaining my prescription. I really appreciate their professionalism

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I had a prepaid prescription that initially was to be delivered via Instacart. I subsequently cancelled the Instacart delivery. Keep in mind that the Instacart and Publix Pharmacy transactions are processed separately (something the pharmacists can't seem to comprehend). I then went in person to pick up the still-paid-for prescription and they acted as if there was suspicion that the Rx wasn't paid for. They admitted that it was paid but then said they had to confirm with corporate, a 20-min. long process, all the while trying to force me to produce some "evidence" that I had actually paid. The Pharmacist there Jackie is the most dedicated, kindest, smartest pharmacist I have ever come across in my life. I am a physician and am always impressed by her knowledge of the medicines and her relentless dedication to her job. We travel extra 20 min to this Publix just so we can see Jackie. Seeing " aunty Jackie" is always the highlight of my daughters day when we go there.

This place doesn’t know what they are doing. This is the third time that they told me that my parents ‘ prescriptions are ready. I did ask her twice if all of the medicines are ready and I emphasized that I want to pick them up all at the same time. But when my parents went there, they said only two prescriptions are ready. Apparently my time is not as valued as their time. They don’t care about other people time or not. Dealing with these people at pharmacy is just a headache. Please do something about your communication and slackness, don’t just say “ I am sorry “ then do it again and again. I would rather see action! Bye Falicia!
