Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Windsong

They are an awesome pharmacy and staff. Never been out of stock of meds, such as other pharmacies in the area. Very quick, never a long line or wait time in store or drive thru. And only issue I ever had was due to an unknown issuance card was added to my account, that I had never had or heard of, and they were able to walk me through figuring out the problem with my account with such kindness and information on how to do it. I very much appreciate their service to me as a customer. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Multiple times I have had issues with this pharmacy. After speaking with them on the phone and confirming a pickup date they return my prescription. They have also been rude and are unwilling to help with errors in costs and insurance coverage. Some are very nice, but that does not make up for the rudeness of the others.

Publix pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They repeatedly gaslight me by insisting I don’t have prescriptions, even after my doctor confirmed and called them in. My doctor has had to step in multiple times just to get them to do their job. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and even go so far as to write down inappropriate vaccines I supposedly “need.” This is unacceptable behavior from a pharmacy that people rely on for their health. Joelle and Emily should not be filling or touching anyone’s medication! Joelle refused to tell me her name and covered her name tag and talked over the pharmacist while I was trying to get my medication! Publix do better

Multiple times now I have received a lot of attitude with the staff at this pharmacy. They have been very rude and not understanding. While it may be the most convenient location I will not pick up prescriptions from this location anymore.

There are a few that are very nice and very helpful, but there are also quite a few that make the experience terrible. They're rude, they don't listen, they think that they're right all the time even when you try to explain to them the situation. Honestly if there was another pharmacy closer I would 100% change pharmacies. I hate it for the ones there are nice and good and helpful, but the ones that are not completely ruin it for them cuz it is a terrible place to get your medications filled.
