CareNow Urgent Care - Gallatin

Definitely was a wonderful experience, considering the pain that I was in. I was checked in fast and seen the doctor fast even x-rays were fast. Staff was very friendly & considerate. Very aware of my situation and unable to walk was able to receive a wheelchair fast. I would definitely recommend. This will be the only urgent care I go to now

The care and personal attention I received was a wonderful experience. They were extremely professional, listened to me, and addressed my needs. I’m very grateful for their entire team! My PA was excellent as was the entire team from start to finish! This place sets the standard for medical care.

Just left this Urgent Care and my experience was awesome! The front desk girl Jackie was so kind and helpful. I wasn’t sure how to charge my visit and she helped me figure it out and made it so easy. Laurie was also very friendly and got my difficult blood draw with ease. They got in and out in no time. Such amazing service!!!

I have to say this is probably the best doctors office I’ve ever been to in my life. All of the nurses and the office staff were so friendly and polite, and listened to all my questions. Dr. Bill, I believe was his name was incredibly helpful. He was one of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever visited and gave me a complete list and instructions and even requested a follow up visit to make sure I’m taken care of. They even referred me to a couple of specialists as well. This is definitely the place to go if you want good customer service and doctors that actually care!

I had such an amazing experience at CareNow! Connie at the front desk was so sweet, professional, and proficient. Check-in was seamless even after I made a few mistakes, she politely fixed them and explained what to do next time. She even took the time to look up my son’s ID when I couldn’t find it, which is not always the case at urgent cares! Ms. Tonya, the facility manager, assisted us with intake and was incredibly professional, personable, and showed excellent bedside manners. Darwin, our provider, was equally kind and caring. Every single person we encountered made us feel valued and at ease. This was our second visit our first was when my daughter was bitten by a dog. She actually remembered how kind everyone was and specifically asked to come back to CareNow. That says a lot, esp
