Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Verandah

I really don't get all the complaints. I've been using this particular Publix Pharmacy for over a year and haven't had any problems. They're always friendly and polite and professional.

This pharmacy will never answer your call. They won't call you to let you know your prescription is ready, absolutely sucks!!!!

They constantly mess up your refills, then you have to call the store to get attitude from some girl that is always unapologetic and rude. Worst pharmacy I've ever gone to, tired of the complacency, lack of communication, and inability to fill any prescription on time or without hassle. Absolutely terribly location.

Absolutely the worst customer service and inaccuracies I've ever encountered with a pharmacy. Not only has this pharmacy made several errors with my prescriptions, they have been dishonest and indignant about it. When I expressed they never apologetic about their errors I got the biggest cop out of "I am sorry you feel that way" which is still not an apology. Fortunately this seems to be particular to this Publix pharmacy because I've used three others that have all been fantastic. Even my parents have switch from this pharmacy to the one at Eagle Landings.

I wanted switch from WALGREENS Publix Pharmacy, I went to the counter, no customers and two pharmacy employees on staff. I waited in front of them for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement what so ever. The employees would not wait on me? So is that a good first time service? I WAS NEVER SERVED, RACIEM !!!!
