Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Stratford Hills

If you asked me five years ago, if I would be leaving, if I started a review from my pharmacy, I would have laughed in your face. After a solid 20 miserable, awful years with CVS, I switched our family to Publix about two years ago. By comparison, the Stratford Hills Publix Pharmacy is Disney World. The staff is delightful, helpful, efficient, and they keep great stock, and I rarely have a delay or issues filling prescriptions. Being a retail pharmacist in 2026 is really difficult; these folks are so good. We don’t deserve them.

Some of the pharmacy staff have bad customer service skills. Spoke to one of the pharmacy technicians on the phone few days ago and she said " why are you still asking to get a refill on this prescription ", she was very rude on the phone and had a bad attitude. And, they sometimes forget to have my prescription ready on time. I'm happy I changed my pharmacy to different one.

Best pharmacy around. Always have my prescriptions ready early and everyone there is so nice. Went to get a tdap shot and told the pharmacist I was terrified of needles. He was so sweet and calming and did an amazing job.

I love this pharmacy. Its convenient because you already go to the grocery store often and it has a drive thru. The staff are the nicest people. They take the time to talk to you about your medications and even synced up my prescriptions so I could pick them up all at once. I recently got my flu shot there. It took no time at all.

Thanks Publix Bakery, for helping me celebrate my wife's birthday! We enjoyed her favorite cake (I may have been in charge of the customizations)!
