Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Foxwood

This pharmacy sucks. My script was called in and not ready in Am. With their incredible volume said it would be done by 3. 830pm and still waiting. I know they don’t care as they aren’t the ones in pain but, they should act like they give a damn. made a lie up that they had to contact the Dr to make sure about the quantity. Total BS. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays, Publix is no exception. Go elsewhere, it will be faster and you don’t have to deal with lies.

I dealt with a lot of miscommunication and issues I had to take on myself. It's crazy how I switched to another pharmacy, and the issue was resolved the same day. This pharmacy gave me too many issues with no accurate answers. They guessed about what could have happened and then tell you to figure it out and be on your way. It doesn't matter if it was 5 times. They don't care.

I transferred all our prescriptions down to this pharmacy from Maryland during the show circuit at the World Equestrian Center. Absolutely wonderful staff, very accommodating, easy to work with, fast, and efficient. Thank you for making our stay in Florida seamless for medication!

I get all my meds there. They refused to fill my medication till I could get to my new doctor in a few days. It was NOT a controlled substance. They said " call your old doctor"...it's SATURDAY, the office is closed. Going to try walgreens. They must not need my 400.00 a month.

WORST PHARMACY I will never go here for my medication again. They told me that they weren’t in network with my insurance and that there were no other places that would cover giving me no options . I called my insurance and they said Walgreens would have covered my medication. Publix needs to be more honest and not make people pay out of pocket if they don’t need to. By the way this happened on 1/13/22 at 6:25pm so enlighten your workers to be more honest.
