Publix Pharmacy at the Shoppes of Cutler Bay

The Pharmacy Manager David or Daniel is very helpful and friendly. He helped me with an over the counter medication while I waited for my daughter's rx to be filled last week. He also had fun stickers and activities for my little ones. I visited again tonight and the lady helping me went above and beyond. I pulled up 15 mins before closing hoping the prescriptions I had just got from the urgent care would be ready. They weren't ready but she told me if I could wait 5 mins she would gather them for me. That was such a relief as I had been suffering from ear pain since mid day and was hoping to get something to alleviate the pain thru the night. I came to this Publix Pharmacy as (recommended by my own pharmacy) to add a flavoring that my pharmacy didn’t have. My pharmacy assured me that Publix could add the flavor to make the medicine easier for my child to take and it would only cost about $1. Once I arrived at the pharmacy the pharmacist was extremely dismissive of me and my request. The two women were not even trying to listen to me, they kept telling me that it is already flavored but it was not. They got tired of me trying to explain myself and told me that they couldn’t do what I was asking. I went to the older Publix on old cutler just a few blocks down and they happily helped me and did as I requested, they made happen for me what this Publix was too lazy to do. People here are nice. I used to love the store when it open up, but now they don’t have anything nothing is in stock the eggs you cannot find the eggs that you want the milk and some other stuff what’s going on potatoes what’s going on? I have to go to the old Publix.
