Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Pebblebrooke

The folks at this Publix Pharmacy have been consistently polite and helpful every time I have either called or gone into the store. Most recently, I spoke to Pamela, who was very patient and helpful with me on the phone. It should be obvious to anyone going in to this Pharmacy that they are all working very hard, intent on filling all of the prescriptions and trying to answer all of the questions customers ask. I don't know if they are chosen for their lovely personalities or if they are trained to be that way, but it has always been a pleasure to interact with them.

I Used to have excellent service here, but recently a staff member has been consistently rude and unhelpful. There is absolutely no reason for this. I have been nothing but nice when I go in.He didn’t greet me, or say goodbye. He refused to assist with a simple request, and I had to ask for someone else to help. Another team member was very kind and resolved my issue. I hope the level of service improves.

I have been getting my family’s prescriptions at Publix, Shoppes of Pebblebrook for the last twenty years, at least. Now my adult children still get prescriptions there. And I travel from Estero sice I work in Naples to this particular location presently. I’ve known Kate, the Pharmacy Manager just as long and have seen Mandy come up through the ranks to becoming a Pharmacist. As well as Mary who I believe is at a different location and is missed. The Kate, Mandy and everyone in pharmacy treats you as I suppose you would be treated at a small town pharmacy. Kindly, respectfully, professionally and any education you need. Thank you for ALL you do Kate, Mandy and everyone in pharmacy especially during season!!! You guys are simply THE BEST!!!!

The pharmacist said there was a problem with the prescription my dr sent. She told me it was easier for me to call my dr and ask for a new prescription rather than her doing it. I agreed it would be easier for her but that I didn’t understand the issue and couldn’t explain it to my dr. Plus isn’t that the pharmacist job? She finally relented and agreed to call my dr then hung up on me. When did expecting someone to do their job become too much? What a joke.

Excellent pharmacists and well trained friendly staff. They offer to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions and vaccinations.
