Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Locust Grove

I have been to many different pharmacies and this is the worst one so far. Been trying to stay positive for past six months. Every visit whether for me or my family has been nothing short of horrific. 3 times now medicine not ready and when come back to pick up twice now still not ready and told come back again. Besides being rude they may be the slowest I have ever met and when they see a line of people they walk away. I do not know who runs that pharmacy but a management change is needed. This is not the Publix my kids grew up in and how they are supposed bronbe run. I have to suffer in pain and when I ask can they do it now since it has been four days she told me no and pharmacist refused to come talk to me

This location used to be great, but over the past 6 months or so the quality and care have disappeared. The techs are distracted and uninterested in helping and the pharmacist has been rude every time we've been in recently. Not sure what changed but it needs a complete staff overhaul at this point. Very sad as it has always been our go to with exceptional service.

If you don’t mind waiting a few days for your medications, then this is the pharmacy for you. I have waited days for refills to be ready after requesting them on the app, the line is always long and the staff move at a glacial pace. My husband asked to speak with the pharmacy manager, and was actually told “no”. I ended up transferring all my prescriptions to the CVS that is 5 miles further from my house just because this pharmacy is so unpleasant.

Prescriptions are frequently not ready on time, and on several occasions, I’ve been told that medications were not available—despite having submitted them well in advance. This suggests a lack of proper inventory management and planning, which is especially troubling given the importance of timely access to medication. Additionally, the behavior of the staff has been consistently discourteous. The pharmacy technicians have been rude and dismissive, and the pharmacist often ignores customers entirely, making patients feel like an inconvenience rather than a priority. Have y'all seen Zootopia? You know the sloths at the DMV? Speed demons compared to the staff at the pharmacy. They also don't carry some of the most basic of medications.
