Moye's Pharmacy - Locust Grove

I can't say enough good things about Moye’s pharmacy. I have used them since relocating to the Locust Grove area. In the past I used a large chain and definitely can tell the difference. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient; and the manager Ryan seems to remember my name and other patrons as soon as we walk in the door. I never have to wait long for my prescriptions, and they even text you once your prescription has been filled and is ready for pickup.On one occasion, Ryan, took the time to double-check my insurance coverage when I questioned whether or not a payment was due, which is a testament to their care for customers. The entire staff is awesome.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Ryan for going above and beyond to help me in my time of need. I stumbled into the pharmacy suffering from an allergic reaction barely able to breathe. Ryan and his team jumped right into action by administering a epi-pen and followed it with Benadryl, while the team contacted 911. He contacted my children by FaceTime to ensure they were aware of all steps. He provided my medication list to EMT but most of all he assured me I was going to be fine. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to step in made a real difference. Acts like yours remind us of the power of genuine care and service to others. This was my first time using this pharmacy. They did not run my insurance for my prescription and I was overcharged. When brought to there attention I was told that I had to eat the cost of the overcharged on the first time when it was filled. This does not let me have confidence in this pharamcy for filling any future prescriptions.

I have been coming too Moyes since 1999, the customer service has always been excellent. The candy selection is amazing also. Whether I’m in the drive-through or whether I’m at the counter, this is the best place to be.

Ryan is not just a great pharmacist, he's also a great person. Always has a smile and happy to answer any questions you may have. Knowledgeable, kind and goes the extra mile for his customers!
