Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Grande Oaks

Just left pharmacy for rx drop off. I stood there and not ONE person acknowledged me. So I left. Thank pharmacy for zero customer acknowledgement.

My husband went to an urgent care center early this morning and they called in a prescription. Since it is Sunday, the pharmacy didn't open until 11 AM. I arrived at about 11:15 and found it was very busy. The pharmacy staff made a great effort to find the phoned in prescription order and fill it while I waited. The pharmacist was also able to recommend an over the counter preparation to help with his pain. They really went above and beyond. Thanks to the Pharmacy staff!

I used to love Publix Pharmacy when I was shopping at a different location. Now that I moved and started using this one, I have found that the staff here is extremely unprofessional and very rude. After the phone call I just took, I have decided to transfer all my families medications to CVS across the street. I hated the insolent tone of her voice. I overlooked the discourteous behavior previously because I understand everyone has a bad day, but this kind of treatment is every single time we go in or call. There is no reason for it.

Another pharmacy in the area made an error with my prescription fill. I did not have confidence that they were going to give me the correct meds. So I went across the street to the Publix Pharmacy at The Shoppes at Grande Oaks. The pharmacists there took care of me. It was Tom Eiden, the Pharmacy Manager, and a young lady working with him (I didn't get her name). Last minute thing and they filled my script. It was almost closing time and they took time to help me out and fill my script. They could have told me to come back the next day but they didn't. They were very friendly and professional. And to top it off, the flu meds only cost me $20. When the commercials say, "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure," they mean it, and I agree 100%. I will not go to any other pharmacy in the area. T

The Grande Oaks Publix Pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Absolutely rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and definitely not worthy of dealing with the public much less their own customers. Use any of the other locations. Or competitors for that matter.
