JOSEPH CONVERTINO, was such a refreshing change from the "usual" and "dated" eye doctors where wait time is always too long and you're just a "number" among too many patients being scheduled for one day, always being rushed through exams like an assembly line and doctors that don't communicate well. I did not have to wait for my scheduled appointment. I was welcomed and greeted with smiles by the staff when I arrived. In addition to his knowledge and attention to detail, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my selection. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed going to Estero Optics. Dr. Convertino was excellent, his staff was excellent. We really felt as if we were special, never did we feel rushed to be moved from one step to the next. They really took their time, explained everything and are beyond knowledgeable.

Michael will be the reason I come back to this location. He takes his time and explains all the options. He wants to makesure you get exactly what you need and are happy before you leave! Definitely ask for Michael when you come to this spot :)

This is the best optomestrist I've ever been to. The staff and Dr. Convertino are top notch: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have some of the most advanced equipment I've seen in an optomestrist office which produced very high resolution images of my eyes which they showed and explained to me on a huge curved monitor. They also taught me how to use contacts for the first time in my life and were very encouraging and patient. Finally, they went over an itemized list of my bill and explained what my insurance covered perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
