Publix Pharmacy at The Marketplace at Birmingham Village

I got the runaround (of sorts) from so many pharmacies - I get if you don't have a medicine in stock, it is what it is, but there is a professional way to handle things. That is, don't say the wrong medicine name, don't make up facts whether something is liquid or pill, etc. This pharmacy actually picks up the phone and helps (vs having to leave a voicemail). They were proactive in helping find a solution to a medicine that is in short stock.

We all know a box of Honey Nut Cheerios doesn’t cost $9.29. Making this half off doesn’t change the fact that Publix is exaggerating the actual value of a box of Cheerios so they can make more profit off a “Sale”.

Pharmacists aren't the same. Some are great, knowledgeable, and willing to fill scripts by looking up your info. This pharmacist isn't. I won't drop her name, but she knows who she is. +1 Star for having the medication. +1 star for eventually filling it. -1 for reluctance & easily flustered -1 for 3 calls, 27 minutes. Hassle -1 for attitude

Ok let's start with I work outside every day. So me and my guys go to lunch all the time. Usually try to find a Publix near by because they have the deli and you can choose from several things to eat. We usually catch the employee or employes in a bad mood so they take it out on the customer.. not always though. This time on Thursday around 1:30 we came to this location for lunch . Now I have been having a pretty bad week until I ordered a sandwich from the deli. A lady was making my sandwich and she was very nice and polite but the lady next to her was amazing. Her attitude was amazing her customer service was 100 % she was just so happy to be serving her customers that she made my day . What a beautiful person.
