Publix Pharmacy at the Market at Boiling Springs

The staff are always very kind and helpful, and the drive-thru is so convenient! I had my cat with me in the car one time and the pharm tech was so kind to her. I think the bad reviews for this pharmacy are user error- don't be rude to the staff and you'll probably get better service!

There is one pharmacist that is extremely nice but there is one lady pharmacist that is extremely rude. I see a couple of reviews complaining on this pharmacist. Please, someone really needs to do something about this issue. Or lady you need to get a new job because your job is in customer service dealing with people’s medication and sometimes that’s scary for someone instead of making someone feel better your attitude makes them feel worse.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve gotten prescriptions from. The techs and pharmacists are always so nice and willing to help me with my problems.

The lady that’s always at the window is so rude. I think her face would crack if she actually smiled. She makes me not want to go to that pharmacy.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised with exceptional service of the pharmacist Beth and staff on 7/3/25 which tends to be a busy day due to holiday.
