North Springs Dental Care

I am so happy to have found this wonderful dental office. Everyone here is incredibly kind and professional. I’ve received excellent, personalized care during my cleanings, and they even handled an unexpected emergency crown at 8 a.m. the morning after I broke a tooth. Dr. Ryan and Rafay were so personable and compassionate, and the entire experience was gentle, efficient, and reassuring. I truly felt cared for. I highly recommend their dental services—the office is beautiful and equipped with modern, up‑to‑date technology. The staff also quickly provided a quote of my portion of expense (while I was comfortable in the dentist's chair) based on my insurance coverage.

The entire staff is both welcoming and professional from the lady who checked me in with the white pretty hair and a nice smile to my hygienist, Kathleen, Dr. RYAN, and Sierra. Kathleen was both patient and very detailed. She took the time to explain a lot of different Dental tips and when she was done, I had to share with her that this is the cleanest And best dental experience I have ever had in my Entire life. Exceptionally good dentist and dental assistant! I have been to many dentists through the years and my recent first visit to this practice has to be the best yet. Ryan and his assistant Rafael instilled confidence from the start. Skilled and professional service resulted in complete satisfaction. I couldn’t even tell I had ever chipped a tooth. I came in for a cleaning, hadn’t done one in a few years, walked in the door and was amazed by the service. Elise walked me through my X-rays and explained some things to me, then I was off to Kathleen was off to the races! She spent time with me, didn’t rush the process, explained actions I need to take for some gum issues I’m having, was super patient with me and VERY explanatory with what I need to do and answered any question I had. I kept her past my “allotted time”, yet she still wanted to stay with me and make sure my work got done, I was informed, and satisfied before I left. Phenomenal experience! Everyone was so kind and intentional during my visit. This was my first time at North Springs and I’d say it’s the first time I actually look forward to coming back to a dentist. I was so taken care of and everything was explained to me before anything was done, along with prices up front so I wasn't blind sided by any additional fees. Dr. Ryan, Elise, and Hannah express professionalism with ease. Top notch.
