Publix Pharmacy at Tattersall Park

It seems pretty shitty to reject a customer heaved over in pain with a script for antibiotics from the local ER and say “we’re closing in 2 mins” - “you’ll have to go to the 24/hr CVS!” I don’t have prescription insurance and I pay out of pocket therefore it doesn’t take as long to process my order and Publix has my info on file. So sorry to “bother” you. I realize that I don’t know how long it takes staff to pull meds and count them out to process them. But open til closed is still Open! And I now alone have to drive around for meds that now that I finally know why my kidney hurts like hell I’m pretty anxious to get the medicine I need! Update: for little miss pharmacy rep CVS Pharmacy is more of a 24/hr GROCERY STORE! Not open honey. So you’re precious 2 mins you didn’t want to use have

Never had a bad experience until tonight. Pharmacy tech NORMA was snappy and short tempered.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by this pharmacy. Navigating the complexities of the prescription market can be overwhelming, but their pharmacist and techs have been a beacon of support and knowledge. The Pharmacy Manager guided me through the Prior Authorization process with ease and even helped my husband and me find ways to reduce our drug costs. Have recently changed to this pharmacy after not being able to get a particular medicine. The manager not only helped me get my medicine but called to tell me it was ready. I am beyond grateful for her and the staff here and appreciate the customer service and attention that Anna and the team show.

Just moved to the area and this pharmacy is by far one of the BEST I’ve ever filled my medications with (not to mention I can get a delicious pub sub and shop while waiting on my meds). The pharmacist on duty was very professional and helpful when I needed to find a specific brand of a medication and had it ready for me in no time! Absolutely love the staff here and I will continue my business with them for as long as I live in this area!!
