Publix Pharmacy at St. John's Town Center

Always a pleasure and always nice!

I love the pharmacy at Publix! It's the same great service I get at Publix Grocery Stores. I've gone to Walgreens and CVS and they were rude, unhelpful, and didn't know what they were doing. I don't know why anybody would go to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy tech at this store is very unpleasant, unhelpful and uncaring. It is clear she does NOT want to assist clients with their needs. She makes it well known that it is not HER responsibility to provide assistance to the patrons of this pharmacy. The only advise she wants to give is to refer to the website. The website cannot provide HIPPA information as to what series of medications or vaccinations have been given.

Whatever females were on the phone were snobby and were just not helpful at all. The most simplest question as to if they had a medication in stock before I have my doctor transfer my medication was asked and they said they cannot tell me over the phone. All attitude and just drove me away to not fill with them ever. Please get your medications elsewhere.

I have been using this pharmacy since they were built and I can't imagine ever stopping. They are amazing to their customers and always go above and beyond to get you your medicines, discounts and information. The floaters can be nice but the team there now is five-star.
