Publix Pharmacy at Springs Plaza

Most of the staff is great but the lead pharmacy tech is awful. Rude, pushy & unprofessional. Doesn't seem to desire to help at all.

Waited 4 hrs for meds. Said they were going to call. Never called. Went there in person just before they closed and it was ready. Never called. How can a pharmacy be this bad. My daughter had trouble getting her script a month ago here. People come here for medication to get better not to be harassed by a wanna be or to feel belittled. Grow up and start acting like professional

I've had mixed experiences with this pharmacy staff in the past. They would sometimes push back when I came in with my GoodRX codes. Dog meds are expensive and I would leave feeling bad about asking them to enter my code for a better rate. My experience with Tiffany yesterday was so amazing that I had to share it. I went in with my code and she said "We can do better than that!" She saved me even more - and I am so grateful. I had been considering moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy closer to where I volunteer, but my experience with Tiffany makes it worth driving a little out of my way. Thank you Tiffany. This act of kindness went a long way for me and my furbabies!

Terrible customer service. Just awful. They don’t care and it shows. This Publix should just close their pharmacy.

I feel like the pharmacist here hate their jobs and hate people. I’ve had several experience with them were they were rude. And I get people have bad days. But todays experience really upset me. I have Strep throat and called after my doctors appointment(12:30pm) to see when my medication would be ready because I’m very sick and not feeling well. She told me that it’s be a few hours and that it just came in. She said I’d get a text and I explained to her I never get the pharmacy text messages. I asked her to check my phone number and she just read me the last 4 digits and all of this interaction was with a rude and annoyed tone. So around 4:30 I went to the bank to put money in my account and decided to swing by Publix to see if my medicine was ready, because again I’m very sick and want t
