Publix Pharmacy at Southgate Shopping Center

I have the best interaction with every person at the pharmacy, they are all friendly, helpful and seem to interact with everyone that way, I am saddened to see such negative posts, it makes you wonder why some people are flustered? By far the best pharmacy staff ! Thank you!! We need more like you! :)

The Pharmacy team left several months ago and the new pharmacy team is horrible. They are rude and unwilling to help. Today I asked why my rx was only filled for 15 days. The pharmacist said bc that’s what your insurance did. You can call them. Then when I said I still wanted the 15 pills (I had already paid for them) she dropped them on the counter next to her and turned her back to me. I had to wait for the tech to come over and get the bag and walk it to me. Allison, Breanna and Omar were much more efficient and pleasant to deal with. Rude as hell.

It is very frustrating to try to get thru on the phone to this pharmacy. They immediately put you on hold and there you sit. Calling back does no good because the same thing will happen. I've been inside the store at the counter when they got a call and I watched them push a button and proceed to help the next three people in line without once going back to the phone. I had a serious emergency with Insulin and the lack of response could have actually caused me to compromise my health significantly. Thanks for nothing Publix!

Been going to Publix for a few month for our prescriptions and have asked on multiple occasions why my scripts were so high and the answer I always got was it's because we charge more. So long story short we went in today and one price was outrageous so we asked why and we were told after months of using them that they do not accept Excellus BCBS. Absolutely infuriating!!! Get your act together!!

Terrible, attitude galore with pharmacist. Hangs up, can't leave message,disconnects before recording,never answers ir returns calls. Scripts never ready when told to come in n get.
