Publix Pharmacy at South Beach Parkway

Pharmacist didn't even look at my husband. Denied his prescription and told him to get it filled at the one down by target. My father in law asked why they would fill it if these people won't... Pharmacist said it's not policy but that she just didn't feel like filling his prescription. This medicine helps my husband function to do daily activities and we have a son. Never has such thing happened to us and I am deeply hurt by this.

My mom uses a mobile vet for her dogs. Obviously the mobile vet does not have access to prescriptions that she can carry around in her vehicle, so of course, when prescribing medication for the pets, she either writes a hard copy prescription or sends it electronically to whatever pharmacy you may want to pick it up from. At the last visit for my mom‘s dogs, they were prescribed their flea and tick medicine and my mother was unsure where to pick it up. She tried CVS, Walmart, Sam’s and Walgreens, but none of them had it in stock. As a last resort, she tried Publix pharmacy And much to her surprise. They were able to order and get it the next day. I just transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreen's which I had been using for years, to the Publix pharmacy on Marsh Landing Parkway, because the customer service at Walgreen's was terrible. I have to say that now that I have had several prescriptions filled at this Publix, I am so impressed by all the staff going out of their way to be helpful and save me money on the copays. They even take the time to find copay assistance programs without my requesting it. I have never seen such kind and helpful people. They are always pleasant and never make you feel rushed. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!
