Publix Pharmacy at Skylake Mall

I have been going to this Publix pharmacy for years for the convenience of picking up the prescription before or after getting groceries. The personnel is courteous and helpful. You can pay for the prescription online before picking it up saving time. They are busy and sometimes they are issues with the health insurance but compared to other pharmacies it has been the best option for me and my family.

THIS IS FOR THE MOMS! I’m a super tired new mom who does not have time to get all doll up to get my groceries, so they decided to profiled me just because what I was wearing.. Mind you, it was nothing inappropriate, but the cashier decided that people dressed like me “are the ones who steal” be mindful where you spend your hard earned money.

This is possible the worst pharmacy to exist when it comes to customer service. I been using them since 2018, but after my last encounter, I will no longer use them. If I can not pick up my med's I have a close family member (my sister) pick up my medication, This is something she has been doing for me out of her busy working schedule for years. Most unhelpful Publix pharmacy. Associates and Magee will make any excuse not to assist customer or answer simple questions. My questions. After pressure from Publix corporate, manager finally told me they did not have my pharmacy in stock after lying that it was store policy to not share that info over the phone. It is not store policy. Every other Publix pharmacy was able to tell me they did not have my prescription in stock. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Lying associates and manager.
