Rude over the phone. Go to pick up prescription, tried to charge $97 for an antibiotic. Then later when I call to figure out what happened they claimed they never had anything in the system. Just weird and incompetent. Now I have to deal with the doctor and pharmacy again tomorrow to figure it all out.
Pharmacist Vanessa Y Jasmin is extremely rude and completely incompetent. She screamed at a customer right in front of me yelling. There was a huge discrepancy with my medications and I actually took the wrong medication. I will be reporting her to the Board of Pharmacy as well as mqa and ahca. She was also dressed very inappropriately. I am appalled Publix would allow this behavior from a pharmacist or any employee for that matter. I will be transferring my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere

I've gotten 2 Covid vaccines and a Flu shot here before. The staff has always been friendly. No arguments there. Only issue I usually have is that I have to wait a while to get my shots even when I show up on time for an appointment. Typically 20 minutes or so. It's as if they wait till I get there to start preparing for it. It's only been a minor inconvenience for me so far but I would be very frustrated if it caused me to be late for something else. My advice is if you are going to make an appointment for anything at this pharmacy, make sure you have nothing important to do immediately after.
With this pharmacy it's hit or miss as to whether or not they are going to rude to you. Happens in person but usually over the phone (multiple times). Today I called to check on my husband's prescription as we ordered it over a week ago and have heard nothing back. The person who answered the phone said only that " we haven't heard back from the doctor's office for refill". So, I asked if anyone does a follow up or if were they planning to let us (the customer) know anything. Like, to call our doctor, etc... she says "no, we just wait to see if the doctor's office responds". No other Publix pharmacy, in the past, has ever been so unhelpful and rude. What has happened to customer service? Thinking we will take business elsewhere moving forward.
