Publix Pharmacy at Shops at Sunset Lakes

so let me get this straight if I put in an online order for a chicken tender sub, there should be chicken tenders set aside and my online order should be prioritized. I shouldn't have to be stared back with some dumbfounded face telling me they ran out of chicken tenders...

This Publix pharmacy IS THE WORSE. I show up with a prescription for 7 tablets. I request a rush because I was in pain and was recently discharged from the hospital and they told me I had to wait 3 hours because they were waiting for a flood of COVID vaccine appointments to arrive??? Yet I'm already physically there, zero line, everyone in the pharmacy (about total of 4 staff) looked like they were on break and they couldn't count 7 pills for me??? I ended up going to the CVS inside Super Target and in less than 5 minutes, they were done! I will never taking by business to Publix via pharmacy they clearly do not care.

Consistent stellar service on every visit. Other grocery establishments ought to use a page out of the service standards manual. I will "always" choose and seek out Publix grocery stores over any other brand. P.S. By the warm welcoming smile and ready to help demeanor I can tell the employees are treated well, which is a BIG plus for me and my family.

Don’t purchase from this pharmacy. Prescriptions sent from Dr are done next day not same day. And even when they say they will have ready they don’t.

Love this pharmacy everyone is so helpful and never have to wait. Perks - It’s inside the Publix I can get whatever I need! 😊
