We had an appointment for my son due to tooth pain, and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, Erica and Amaya, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in process easy and helped put us at ease right away. Dr. Chin was patient, gentle, and very reassuring with my son. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood the next steps, which made a stressful situation much easier for both of us. The office was clean, organized, and very welcoming. We truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team. I would highly recommend this office, especially for parents with children.

As soon as you step in their office you feel welcomed. I had an emergency and called after hours and they were able to fit me in there next day. Looks like we found our new dentist!

The entire staff at Pines Pediatric dentistry is helpful, attentive, and very professional. They’re extremely patient in walking us through care options and thoroughly explaining everything. May is very communicative and helpful in all insurance and scheduling related questions.

Dr. Kafi and her assistant Maria were absolutely amazing! I came in with my two little ones under 2, and they were both so patient, gentle, and understanding the entire time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my kids were happy. It’s rare to find a dental team that’s not only great at what they do but also so caring and family-friendly.
