Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes at Fiddler's Creek

Publix grocery excellent. But pharmacy is terrible. Do not use their pharmacy. Use Costco, CVS or Walgreens. Their mgt. should focus on grocery business.

I called to get a transfer of medication to this pharmacy. I just needed to understand why it would not go through. The woman tech was disrespectful and rude. I just needed clarification. Kindness goes a long way with me. As a customer I feel it should be expected. Called to complain to pharmacist and was told he would talk to her. Here's a suggestion. Have the tech call me back to apologize or at least explain why her tone was so rude. I could deal with that. Moving forward with Walgreen's.

My mother had a prescription that was sent to the worst pharmacy ever “Walgreens” I went in to Publix to see if it could be filled there. I spoke with Bella and she immediately offered to call them to transfer it. As soon as they got the prescription, they filled it immediately. Also a big thank you to pharmacist Ryan for filling it.

These people are HORRIBLE. My two year old daughter suffered in pain because they were too lazy to call the doctor to get the appropriate dosage back. I finally called the doctor and the doctor got them to move. Not doing your job is one thing, but to be rude about it is another. I called from Monday to Thursday and they acted like it was mine and my doctor's fault I did not have the prescription, but come to find out they called the doctor once and left a message, and never followed up. A week later, my husband had a painful illness and it took them OVER 24 hours to fill when they said it would be a few minutes. These people DO NOT care about you or whatever illness you have. We are switching pharmacies. These people need to get a reality check on healthcare and how important their jobs

Fantastic friendly service at this pharmacy. The head Pharmacist Daniel treated me with dignity and respect as he administered the covid-19 vaccine into my arm. Left the store with my shot, a 12 pack of diet coke and tremendous sense of relief!
