Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes at East San Marco

Nice staff but unyielding. Don't pre-pay expecting to get ahead because they won't let you no matter how long the line is. Quite different from the equally small Publix pharmacy at Riverside where there is a separate line for pre paid prescriptions. Inefficient unfortunately, they didn't get my pre paid prescription ready either.

This is the friendliest most caring Pharmacy I've ever been to. Amanda is wonderful and will call me if she sees something odd in my prescriptions. You cannot pay for that amount of compassion

I would just like to say that the publixs in San Marcos was amazing. I would rate it a 9/10.. first off the bottom floor was a parking garage so to get to the top there was an elevator and stairs which was wonderful seeing as the stairwell had a mural. Besides that they had a seating area near the deli outside and inside. There was no age limit to getting the free cookie from the bakery, the deli did take up a little bit of space but I kinda of liked the design. The best part was they had a whole cooler case dedicated to pudding.

The people that work in this pharmacy are simply amazing. They are so helpful, communicative, and patient with whatever your needs are. They even take the time to dig deeper into your situation to try and save you money on your prescriptions, without even asking. They are truly above and beyond Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I consider this Publix Pharmacy one of the best in the local Publix stores. Always accommodating and easy to arrange a vaccination etc. as well as efficient in tracking renews of prescriptions. I have not had any experience at this pharmacy location less than a 10 out of 10. Super fast, super pleasant, super accurate, and so many other "supers" too numerous to go into!! Keep up the good work!!
