Publix Pharmacy at Saxon Crossings

Good day. This review will describe my experience with Publix pharmacists in Deltona, FL. Though there have been more instances, I will describe the two main and most current ones. Instance 1) I changed doctors and my new doctor continued my old medications. At one point I was denied an auto refill and when I called about it, I was told I needed to come in to go over my meds and have the older ones removed. When I went to do this, another pharmacist told me I did not have to do that because after one year, the old ones automatically come off the account. This was a waste of my time. It has been over a year for the old Rxs and they have yet to come off my account. This is inconsistent training and/or practices or they are just plain lazy. Instance 2) This one really hit home and let me know

Always clean, organized, and stocked up. Best produce Ever!! And the Employees ROCK !!!! And to grab my stuff from the pharmacy at the same time for me. And the pharmacists are the best !!!

I love my local Publix. They always have what I need and are always friendly. Not a sour puss among them. Cashiers always take the time to give my kiddos balloons when they ask for them nicely. Can't beat Publix.

The people that make the subs always have attitudes, and they are always out of items.ill Definitely be willing to travel to another local but Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Publix it self is a great store but the pharmacist that has been on duty the last few times I have came in the morning is rude and not very friendly. So when I see she is working I actually leave and go to another store
