Radiology Associates Deltona

These folks know professionalism! Courtesy, on time and fast. My entire appointment was less than 25 Min. Outstanding group of professionals I am grateful for them in our community. My need was urgent and i got an appointment within 12 hours. Radiology Associates is ultra professional.

From the get go, everyone was super nice and helpful. informative patient and all smiles. I highly recommend Radiology Associates Deltona.

My only complaint was I wasn’t reminded to bring a copy of the doctor’s orders with me. Everything else was emphasized including how to prepare for the visit, insurance and check in. All these were smooth and the actual procedure was quick, easy and professional. Just a little reminder to bring the paperwork would have made the appointment flawless.

The people at the Deltona center are wonderful, and Rebecca at the check-in desk is especially kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my insurance approval, and I thought I might not be able to actually get my MRI as scheduled, but Rebecca saw my despair, and she went above and beyond by reaching out to the insurance office and tracking down the final approval. She then managed to get both of my tests (which were originally scheduled on two different days) set up for THAT day, at the same time!! The extra effort that she put into helping me made a HUGE difference, and I will be forever grateful to her! She is a gem! The MRI tech was also lovely, very reassuring and kind. I had a mammogram scheduled for later in the day as well, and the mammogram tech was able

My anesthesiologist & radiology tech were excellent; they explained everything they were doing….From the initial IV to the testing, such care & professionalism for my comfort! I felt assured & in good hands! Thank you!
