Publix Pharmacy at Sandy Plains Exchange

Are pharmacists allowed to refuse legitimate orders from physicians? If so, isnt there some duty to at least explain why? Pharmacist (Lackadaisical Liz) accused me of filling it at a different pharmacy the day before. Miss Attitude: there is a national database of records, updated constantly - you can easily verify that I did not. After a few minutes fighting logic and human decency she just outright refused to dispense the medication (something i have been prescribed once a month for over 2 years) ..suddenly the reason being “oh we dont have any in stock” I pulled out my phone to record this obvious power trip and she became hysterical, claiming its illegal and calling the manager Kevin to remove me from the store..Kevin has a bit more tact and brains than Liz and chose to speak to me l

Liz is by far the best, kindest and most understanding pharmacist I've ever come across in my 57 years of life. Her staff is top notch as well. They have rectified issues that were mistakes made by the prescribing dr fr more than a couple times. Kudos to Publix for hiring, literally the sheer pinnacle of pharmacists!!

I witnessed a young long-haired blonde pharmacist argue with an older gentleman that was in his seventies. I can barely believe what I saw and heard as this young lady pharmacist proceeded to argue with this man and insult him repetitively. She acted extremely unprofessional and I will be reporting this incident further. Someone who is mishandling customers is also mishandling pharmaceuticals. 02/29/2024 @ about 3p EST

My wife and I have used this pharmacy on a few occasion and each time it has been a negective experience. The pharmacist has the demeanor that left me believing that my business was not wanted. I thought this was in my head but everytime I use this particular pharmacy negative vibes. No worries spend else where.

Today, Sat 9/7/19 I called the Pharmacy at 8:03 and found out the opened at 9 am, so called back at 10:57 am, I was asked if I would Hold, I am a polite person so I said yes I will hold. I held for 10:17 minutes and then pushed zero again hoping I would alert someone . NO SUCH LUCK I called again at 11:08 min and someone answered and ask me to hold and I said NO! I felt I had held enough , however after I said no, the put me on hold any way, so I tried it again at 11:12 am, THE SAME THING HAPPENED!!!!! I was on a roller coaster , but I wearily ventured on calling again at 11:23 Am, Hoping maybe to get a Manager.
