Publix Pharmacy at Salem Road Station

Terrible customer service. The ladies on the phone and in person are extremely rude. They absolutely don't care

Always have what I need and always a bargain.

I’m not sure why the woman at the pharmacy pickup register was so rude but she was. This was my first time using this pharmacy and I definitely won’t be back. I truly hope her day gets better. At least I was able to use her actions as a teaching moment for my daughters. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m not impressed by the pharmacy the technicians are rude and the pharmacist is even worst. I have been filing there for years and I’d rather go to Walmart. It’s really dirty over there as well

Called about a prescription because they are out of stock everywhere, & the lady rudely interrupted me & said "we don't give that information out over the phone, thanks" & hung up. I mean, what happened to customer service? Hope your day gets better lady!
