Publix Pharmacy at Roosevelt Square Shopping Center

I have filled my prescriptions at Publix Towncenter for years never had a problem but chose to fill at this location because I live on that side of town when I was sick and it took them until almost closing time to fill my precriptions when they were called in that morning. Also my son's prescription has been on Auto Fill until the last two months and the girl was very rude that I spoke to on the phone and stated that had not been on auto fill and they would need to be called in to refill. Horrible customer service skills. Would not recommend this location at all.

Do not use this pharmacy! We are talking a 6-24 hour wait! Im not even kidding. They've lost me as a customer completely. They should not continue to take new clients if they can't handle the volume. Its insane! I get times have changed and you cant get your prescription in 30 minutes anymore but come on, 6 hours is unreasonable. Its been 6+ months of them saying they understaffed. Just avoid them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over the past week I have had to pick up prescriptions twice. The first time the pharmacy tech "checked out" one of the scripts and tried to play dumb when I came back around to pick up the two that I was told were here. Today they told us it would be ready within the hour, an hour and a half later I get there they say it's not even filled yet, to give them 15 minutes and it'd be ready. I go do my shopping, come back around and it is STILL not ready because it needs to be "verified". There are two pharmacists standing arpund chatting, one actually working, and no one verifying this script so I can be on my way and the cashier just keeps helping every other customer and refuses to get anyone over to tend to this script.

I have no idea how the the grocery portion of this Publix is so good, but the pharmacy department is so incompetent and some, very unfriendly. Hopefully offer management will get this improved over time.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! I should have read the reviews & gone elsewhere for my prescriptions. I thought the convenience of being able to pick up prescriptions while grocery shopping would be great, but it always turned shopping into a nightmare. I have had recurring issues with prescriptions being delayed or just never filled. They do not answer the phone (ever). I have called over 30 times & never gotten through to a person. So frustrating. Especially when I have a sick baby depending on timely prescription fulfillment.
