Savannah was amazing. What these ladies didn’t know was I spent the majority of my day in hospital with my dog. My script didn’t have correct birthday and insurance also had a mistake they helped me get it all taken care of . They were kind patient and helpful. Thank you for helping me and being calm in a storm you didn’t even know about. I appreciate these ladies and I will be back.

After moving my prescriptions to Publix Pharmacy, I immediately noticed the difference in service. The staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Savannah goes above and beyond as a pharmacist, taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Prescriptions are ready quickly, and every interaction—whether in person or over the phone—has been a great experience. I finally feel confident and cared for using a pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff could definitely use a long course in kindness. Most people dropping off and picking up prescriptions are there because they are either sick or taking care of a loved one and the last thing they need is someone rude and ugly. Even if the staff member can’t answer the question or the person is rude themselves they should “yes mam” “no sir” “ I’m sorry maybe I can find someone else to help you”. Whatever it takes to be pleasant and respectful.

Have used this pharmacy exclusively for 5 years, and have several medications so I’ve had multiple interactions with them multiple times a month during that time. I’ve never had a single issue. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, pleasant, and helpful. No, you don’t get the one on one, everyone knows your name type of experience as you might in a small hometown pharmacy, nor should you expect to in an extremely busy pharmacy located inside a very busy supermarket. Yes, the drive through wait can be long. But if I see more than 3 cars in line, I just go inside and it’s nearly always a quick in and out. After years of using a national chain pharmacy in Foley and dealing with repeated bad experiences, I finally transferred all of my prescriptions to Publix Pharmacy—and it was the best decision I’ve made. Savannah is an absolutely amazing pharmacist, and the entire staff is wonderful. Prescriptions are filled quickly, my questions are always answered, and anytime I’ve called, they’ve gone above and beyond to help. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy!
